SASQUATCH MUSIC FESTIVAL 2011

I know, I know. I'm adding these incredibly late! My good friend Mel and I took a lot (and I mean a lot) of photos during the weekend, and it took us a bit to get through them all. She took 1400 photos and narrowed them down to 700! Impressive, right? Anyway, Sasquatch was wonderful. The weather was beautiful for the majority of the weekend and we ended up staying at an inn that was less than a five minute walk away. It was in a vineyard and it was absolutely breathtaking. I miss the view!

This trip was my first visit ever to Washington. I spent a day in Seattle and then road tripped to The Gorge with Kelcey, Mel, Matt, and Spencer. I'm still soaking it all in! This is too good. I'm dying to see them live! Blogotheque never fails to make these videos incredibly beautiful. I could sit around watching them all day long.

I just found out about Zee Avi from a friend and I'm so glad that I did! Her voice is absolutely beautiful and I love the simplicity of her music. Give her a listen! She also reminds me about how badly I want a ukelele!
